Description Functional Responsibilities 1. Plan and develop the introduction and operation of IT systems and networks and monitor its implementation by his subordinates. 2. Perform investigations and studies to identify the most suitable information systems and machine applications for the business and making a recommendation to the top management. 3. Set policies and procedures as well as technical standards methods and priorities regarding the operation and use of IT systems and applications within the company. 4. Schedule and follow up on the periodic maintenance of IT systems and networks carried out by the System Engineer and Networks Engineer. 5. Respond to escalated complaints that the Networks Engineer and Systems Engineer were unable to solve. 6. Set the annual plan for the IT department and send it to the top management for approval discussing it if required. 7. Negotiate with external suppliers to identify the optimum products for the company. Managerial Responsibilities 8. Manage, Coach, and develop the IT team and provide them with the required technical support during the execution of the department operations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or IT
Gender Male
Education major Information Technology
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
