Description — Supervise and inspect daily the cut filler & NTMs, FG, waste and recycle materials in CF feeding areas, NTMs buffer areas, FG Buffer areas, waste buffer areas and room, and recycle buffer areas and ripping area for cleanliness, tidiness, and application of FIFO system in compliance with PM standards. — Determine the requirements of Cut Filler from CF Warehouse to CF Feeding Area (buffer areas) and organize with CF warehouse team the necessary transfers / issues of Cut Filler. — Determine the requirements of NTMs from NTMs Warehouse to Production floor and NTM buffer areas and organize with NTM warehouse team the necessary transfers / issues of Cut Fillers. — Regular check (min. twice per shift) on distributed materials according to PM Specifications and check delivered quantities and ensure that delivered materials are timely transferred to the production lines by applying FIFO. — Supervise and control the transfer of cut filler and ripper shorts to the cut filler feeding area (and manual feeding machines if exist) according to production plan. — Participate in all brand changes according to production plan to insure the removal of all materials, filter rods and FG of old brand from the production line to the dedicated buffer area and deliver the required materials according to specifications of new brand with minimum time losses and without materials mix.
Qualifications • University degree in Commerce or equivalent. • English Language (Excellent) • Computer skills (Excellent MS Office) • Team leading skills • Planning/Organizing skills • Interpersonal skills • Communication and negotiation skills. • Flexibility/Initiative • Teamwork • Problem solving skills. • 3-5 years’ experience in same field with well-established organization – International/Multinational is recommended • Knowledge of Warehouses Management System WMS (or ERP) systems is an advantage
