Basic Function:
• create a full Marketing plan for a new Oxygen And Nitrogen Factory, he will be Follow up all Sales and marketing Process Related to the new factory, he will be responsible for promote INSUMAT Co. image at Egyptian market.
Responsibilities:
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's Share; make full marketing survey and establishing targeted Market share.
• Make a full plan for sales at Egyptian market and responsible for implementing plan at Egyptian market.
• Responsible for making a full marketing study to Oxygen, Nitrogen and Acetylene market.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, merchandising, and Trade promotion programs; develop field sales action plans.
• Improves product marketability and profitability.
• Leading and manage a team of sales and marketing representative to achieve company’s monthly sales Target as finally achieve yearly sales plan on long term and short term.
Job Qualifications:
• Age from (25-32) years old.
• Have a bachelor of engineering from any respectable university at Egypt, chemical engineering is preferred.
• Preferring to have a good experience about oxygen, nitrogen and Acetylene industry.
• Must to have an excellent knowledge of Marketing at Egypt and how to open new business channels.
• Have a more of creative ideas for development the way for marketing at Egypt.
• Preferring to have an excellent academic knowledge and courses about Marketing and Sales Field.
• Have an excellent communication skills and managerial skills as he will be manage Marketing and Sales team Have an authority on New Oxygen and Nitrogen Factory.
