Description     -Develops research protocols and literature. -Handles relationship with research agencies. -Scans and evaluate ”on continuous basis- effectiveness of agencies. -Prepares brief researches illustrating different marketing inputs. -Evaluates agencies proposals and identifies best methodology within planned budget. -Measures and assesses effectiveness of research tools (questionnaires, Discussion guides...etc ) in fulfilling research objectives. -Ensures research findings presentations and reports are fulfilling research and marketing objectives. -Attends and follows up on fieldwork for different projects. -Handles in-house dip sticks. -Forms in-house panel for product and packaging tests, ensuring all quality standards are fulfilled. -Designs and improves standardized research documents (briefs, templates for specific types of research reporting e.g. taste tests, product tests, full mix tests, U&A, etc). -Synchronizes different researches required by different stake holders to optimize our research budget. -Issues retail audit internal report and benchmarking it with our sales data and marketing activities. -Participates in all marketing activities and strategies.
Qualifications    •Bachelors in business administration, economics, psychology or related field. •6-8 years of experience in marketing research, 3 years on the agency side is preferable. •Research Agency experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. •MBA is a plus
