Office Manager - Leading FMCG Company in Cairo


Our client is a Leading FMCG Company in Cairo, Egypt seeking to hire Office Manager German Language with the below criteria:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

1.Organize office operations and procedures.
2.Monitor and record long distance phone calls.
3.Prepare time sheets.
4.Maintain department agenda.
5.Attend all meetings and record minutes of meeting.
6.Control correspondences.
7.Liaise with all company departments.
8.Design filing system and maintain it up to date.
9.Ensure protection and security of files and records; as well as effectiveness of transfer.
10.Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement.
11.Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

•High knowledge of German Language & fluency in English Language is a must.
•4+ years of Experience.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Team building skills.
•Decision making skills.
•Effective verbal, written and communication skills.
•Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
•Very effective organizational skills.
•Excellent stress and time management.
•Excellent computer skills.
