Description Reports to O&M Manager. Responsible for on job training organization and delivery for Companys personnel. Ensures following of relevant Fire & Safety Regulations, good House Keeping Practices. On day to day organize on job training program execution for Companys Iraqi national staff. Produces records and prepares reports on manpower training requirements. Reviews engineering drawings, catalogues & equipment specs. With concerned departments in order to organize the required training courses.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum eight (8) years’ experience in coordinating & executing on job training program related to the maintenance of Stationery Rotating equipment in oil gathering centers, oil fields, oil refineries, petrochemical plants, etc. and 4 years’ experience in training coordination work. Ability to read, write and speak English language. Have good experience in using various computer applications. Shall be well aware of basic safety for Oil&Gas Upstream Industry and use of personal protective equipment.
