Description — Manage the entire life cycle of individual projects to achieve highest level of client satisfaction, quality and efficiency. — Communicate clear and specific instructions to team members. — Synchronize new projects and develop teams for specific clients. — Ensure that projects are completed within the allocated time frame — Encourage repeat business for the department — Build up a network of clients and contacts — Checking invoices and processing payments — Reporting directly to the PM Team Lead & Operations Manager. — Answer telephones deal with client queries and book resources accordingly. Owning the project from initial planning to delivery — Assembling teams of freelance Engineers, translators and editors graphic designers for each project — Working with vendors to ensure quality implementation and strict adherence to timeline on all projects — Assembling and verifying project files for final delivery to our clients — Provide customer service and vendor support — Customizing and implementing quality assurance procedures — Setting and controlling project budget — Troubleshooting as needed — Understanding and acceptance of different cultures.
Qualifications • Able to work accurately and objectively. • Initiative and research skills. • Flexibility in work hours to ensure that all deadlines are met. •No Technical background is required at all

Other Skills The position requires a hard worker who is willing to invest extra effort and time than the normal allocated one. A reliable, self- dependent, hard worker, smart, organized caliber are the skills for this position.
