Description (Onsite) Project Manager will have full responsibility for managing all aspects of projects of mid-to-large-sized private Residential/Commercial/Administrative projects with Super fine finishes & the latest technology of implementation. Prepares strategic work plans for project success. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects and will be responsible for the coordination between the main office, Consultants & Sub contractors. May serve as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction. At least eight years of project management experience on (A) Class large Private Residence projects with Experience with landscape implementation & the construction of swimming pools.
Qualifications College graduate of faculty of Engineering or Fine arts or applied Arts and with 6-8+ years of experience. Holds a PMP degree is preferable but not a must. Candidates must conduct themselves professionally and represent the organization well. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; budget and schedule; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on the most complex projects. Experience managing Revit projects preferred. This position will understand how a Construction Document set of Drawings is assembled.

From this point forward, we do "whatever it takes" to assist you with final selection of stock and custom fabrics, furniture, cabinetry, art work, colors, floor coverings, lighting design, and decorative accessories. Finally, with your approval, we issue purchase order, arrange for delivery, and oversee installation.
