Description Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or top management. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors. Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends. Participate in the development of product specifications. Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control. Process responsible, giving related instructions and training the line operators and controlling and optimizing the processes for: 1. Raw Materials, Batch and Binder installations 2. Utilities installations: Water treatments and chemicals, water recycling and filtering, fumes treatment, air compressors, chillers, natural gas Providing guidance, instruction to Lab chemists and line quality controller
Qualifications Knowledge of Industrial LAB equipments: XRF; Atomic Absorption; Chromatograph; Wet Analysis; Quality control methodology. Proficient on processes analysis and formulation optimization Strong skills in Physics and Chemistry fundamentals. Skills in statistics and data analysis using several computer programs as: MS-Office suite / ERP quality module Hands-on experiences on silicates and organic processes: Glass, Ceramic, Cement, Adhesives, Thermosetting resins, Thermoplastics, Rubber. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position. Fully proficient in the English language written and spoken.
