“A Multinational Company working in Paints & Coatings field needs to hire R&D Executive to be a part of the growing team with the following criteria:

Skills Required:
- Science graduate/post graduate
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 5-7 in paints specially in wood coating (Preferably he/ she should also have an experience of leading a team of chemists for at least for 2-3 years)
Job Description:
• To undertake development of new products/formulation changes (all decorative and PC products) as per the instructions of Technology manager.
• To undertake necessary RM and PM testing using standard test methods.
• Undertake benchmark testing of competition products with complete understanding of products features and usage patterns. Based on test results, plan further line of action to reformulate/modify the design after the discussion with Technology manager.
• To develop required colors in Texture and other product (as required) for sales and provide necessary samples/panels etc.
• To generate and develop necessary test methods and specifications for RM, PM and FG.
• To maintain the laboratory neat and follow necessary safety practices while performing the lab activities. (Including 5S)
• Manage and supervise output from group of painters and their entire work area in effective manner.
• Visit to customers/market in understanding the expectations and the way products are used by painters. Any other activities as directed by Technology Manager
