Description The task of the Sales Engineer is to take a customer¶s concept and work with the Sales professional to understand the customer¶s needs, capture the requirements, then to produce a design that meets both the technical and commercial constraints. The Sales Engineer has responsibility for all aspects of the design of a solution, ensuring that it is adequately documented and reviewed. The Sales Engineer creates technical documents and customer facing deliverable related to quotes.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering or equivalent. •Knowledge of VOIP . •Experience in a Call-Center environment would be an advantage . •Good knowledge of IP technology, common TCP/IP protocols, routers and IP networks etc. •Knowledge of Vatel and other products would be an advantage. •Fluent Arabic and English written and oral, is essential for this role. •Fresh graduates are welcome and Experience would be an advantage.
