Description     1.Assists in setting overall sales plans, sales policies, in coordination with Sales & Marketing Director. 2.Visits customers periodically to maintain good customer relationship, solve problems and obtain market information. 3.Negotiates with the Pharmacies Distributors regarding the annual contracts and review the improvement with them quarterly. 4.Monitors the market to identify new prospects for company products sales. 5.Reviews daily sales, merchandising, stock shortages, and takes actions as necessary. 6.Achieves market share, maintains products visibility and distribution. 7.Develops short term sales strategy and leads implementation to achieve companys business targets. 8.Issues sales reports, identifies variance from business plan and works out corrective actions with concerned staff. 9.Provides analytical support for pricing, forecasting, monthly sales for respective sales, including budgeting and developing tactical marketing and promotional plans. 10.Coaches and trains sales staff. Creates team spirit among them and a culture that nurtures growth and achievement of personal and professional goals. 11.Prepares necessary periodic reports to Sales & Marketing Director. 12.Works out solutions with corresponding recommended action. 13.Develops a highly effective distributor system/ dealer network
Qualifications    •Bachelor degree in business administration / business relevant field. •sales & Marketing diploma is preferred. •Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing field within a reputable FMCG company in Egypt. •Minimum 3 years of experience as sales supervisor.
