Description Manage all aspects of the Radio Lab and the Photography lab including the operation and scheduling of student usage of the lab time slots, the check in and checkout of equipment and supervising any working students in the lab. Work closely and constantly with faculty members teaching radio and photography and multimedia courses to organize, monitor, maintain equipment used and procedures applied among students. Responsible for maintaining and updating the Radio lab equipment inventory. Pursue the maintenance of radio, camera and video equipment. Assist students in their technical assignments performed in the Radio or Photography lab as requested by faculty members. Prepare workshops to help students understand the course work related to multimedia, photography, radio, and video when needed. Organize students exhibitions and uploads students work on the JRMC Web site Organize the video and audio archives. Assist upon request of IT & Operations Manager the External Affairs Unit of the school in school related events and exhibitions especially those spearheaded by the Deans Office. Coordinate with the IT unit all issues of computer and network technical support, hardware and software needs. Create the annual budget for the Radio and Photography labs and provide recommendations on equipment to replace or repair. Provide assistance and advice regarding multimedia related tasks to GAPP units as needed.
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: University degree preferably in the area of multimedia or information technology. Experience: • Three to five years experience in fields of multimedia, photography, video and audio.

Other Skills • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent knowledge of video/audio’s recording, editing, shooting and managing equipment. • Excellent knowledge of Audacity audio software, iMovie, Photoshop, and video maker software. • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. • Demonstrates creative skills. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. • Enjoys working with students and comfortable working in multi-cultural environment.
