Description 1. Based on sales forecasts, assists the Purchasing manager to formulate sourcing plans. 2. Reviews markets, price & delivery conditions, and trends to determine present and future materials availability. Alert the Purchasing Manager. 3. Support Foreign Buyer and Local Buyer in job duties. 4. Processes and releases Purchase orders on approved / specified vendors. Makes sure that purchasing documents are completed properly and the terms and conditions of purchase are appropriate. 5. Ensure regular and effective follow up of open orders. 6. Follows policies and procedures established by the Manager and monitors activates of purchasing clerks. 7. Processes purchase order claims and contracts as per company policy. 8. Reviews weekly inventory trends and discussion variations with user staff. 9. Contacts suppliers / vendors when variations arise in delivery, quality, price, or conditions of sale. 10. Liaises between suppliers / Manufactures and relevant internal departments. 11. Keeps accurate records of price histories and problems in doing business with particular vendors. 12. Under the guidance of the Manager, Purchase negotiates prices, discounts, credit terms and delivery etc.13.Ensure efficient utilization of work force and maintains staffing levels based on company standards.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline. Excellent knowledge of Purchasing process in steel Manufacturing.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Prefer who holder supply chain certificate , Excellent use Ms. Office, Hard Working, can work under pressure, Self Confidence, Anticipation and Delegation.
