Senior Recruiter required for well reputed Telecommunication Company located in Cairo.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Qualifications:
• Excellent command of computer (Microsoft office and internet applications)
• Very good command of the English language
Experience: 3-7 years experience in the same role (IT background is preferred).
Main Responsibilities:
• Understanding the job description
• Sourcing CV's from Job portal/references/social networking sites etc.
• Screening the CV's, talking to the candidate's and Scheduling interviews
• Follow up the candidate till he joins the company, if selected.
