The British
Embassy in Cairo is seeking to hire a Temporary Assistant in UKTI Section.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Support
all team members in desk research including but not limited to; validating
contacts, directory search, sending Emails and faxes and consolidating reports.
·
Support
the team during events and seminars; write, send and follow invitations, help
in receiving and registering guests.
·
Support in
data base updating.
·
Support
all administration works for the department
·
On line
research
The ideal candidate will have:

University
Degree

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
·
Customer
focused and target oriented.
·
Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft applications)
·
Efficient delivery skills
·
Team work

Be a

The successful candidate will be expected

obtaining appropriate security clearance. A temporary contract will be given
