Description 1.Participate in assessing training needs through attending TNA meetings 2.Coordinate & implement the annual training plan according to both departments training needs and individual needs within the annual training budget set for each year (in-house out-house) 3.Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs, or to inform management of training program status 4.Search for a variety of information (e.g. courses outlines, materials, training providers, etc.) for the purpose of developing new programs that meet staff training needs 5.Prepare budget reports to justify expenditures 6.Update training documents, HR documents, and records to keep current with the ISO standards 7.Assist in maintaining testing evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training 8.Evaluate the training programs and collect the attendees feedback 9.Prepare periodical reports about training activities and suggested training plans 10.Coordinate with the team members in issuing the monthly Flyer as a tool for internal communication 11.Participate in updating & implementing the HR Orientation material 12.Evaluate and participate in the delivery of the company orientation and core competencies sessions conducted to our new employees 13.Provide overall assistance and research support to HR members 14.Work on HITS System to keep it updated with the proper & required information 15.Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in any field 2.Very good command of both written and spoken English 3. 2 years of related experience 4.HR certificate is a plus 5.Very good computer skills 6.Ability to work under pressure, very good communication skills, very good presentation skills, problem solving, and attention to details
