Description     1. Supervise the day to day sales operations with Sales Department. 2. Handle ushers rotation plan, recruitment, termination, training, performance evaluation & work allocation and monitor the daily operation. 3. Supervise the orientation and training plan for the new hires. 4. Create reports showing Sales %, install %, adherence, and attendance etc. 5. Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.) 6. Monitor ushers presentation, provide feedback to ushers and assist Ushers on sales %. 7. Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies. 8. Supervise and follow up handling customers issue.
