Description Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. Set up email accounts & managing email accounts. Maintain hardware investigate about new services & technologies Prepare monthly back up for all the company. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Maintain records of all IT equipment, printers , emails & passwords Select hardware and material, assuring compliance with specifications and product requirements. Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate hardware. Train users and promote security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network efficiency.
Qualifications Certified MCITP - Certified CCNA
