Description     Work independently with limited supervision. Energetic, enthusiastic, resilient, dead-line and results oriented; able to multi-task and problem solve. Keep track of cash disbursements, reconcile and record in QuickBooks Track, manage and monitor the total purchase cycle Identify, engage and negotiate with third-party suppliers Match invoices to purchase orders for verification prior to payment Liaise with accounting team overseas for cash and financial reporting requirements Schedules meetings; compiles reports and organizes the appropriate material for meetings maintains effective filing, tracking and scheduling systems Minimum once per month travel out of the Cairo Handle petty cash reimbursements report Prepare entries of daily transactions Responsible for controlling fixed assets
Qualifications    Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in an office environment Must - computer skills including strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Outlook, MS Word and Excel Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Egyptian accounting policy Intermediate knowledge of GAAP Possess A/P (including P.O.), payroll and full cycle experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic High degree of tact, diplomacy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with government offices and corporate matters Excellent organization and time management skills
