Description     Receives, checks the files credentials and military standing of new accepted students / handles registration for students. Handles all the correspondences with the Ministry of the Higher Education, Egyptian authorities and syndicates. Implements and updates regulations set by the Egyptian Authorities in regards to military service and visa. Acts as a Military Service Front Desk to provide service in regards to military service regulations and procedures Receives and handles all requests from students including traveling abroad issues during the vacations and issues all kinds of certificates. Meets students and answers their inquiries about academic standing. Handles academic actions related to the students records and grading cycle. Keeping files of Enrollment Students ‘Student Archives– Responsible for student books receipt.
Qualifications    Administrative experience in educational institutions. Knowledge in databases and Microsoft Office applications.

The concept of the City was proposed in 1999 and its cornerstone laid on 1 January 2000. After many delays in its establishment, the 25 January 2011 revolution brought a revival to the project with an Egyptian Cabinet of Ministers’ decree on 11 May 2011. The project was labeled by the Cabinet a National Project of Scientific Renaissance and named the Zewail City of Science and Technology.
