Description 1.Fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities with high qualified calibers for various vacancies, solely through head hunting, referral system and recruitment database. 2.To ensure the recruitment & hiring process is in line with the manpower plan & Company Budget. 3.Responsible for interviewing of new applicants to assure selection of the best candidate. 4. Keeping an updated database of current CVs 5. Manage and coordinate in the design and development of all tests for candidates. 6. Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and project managers to determine appropriate training needs to establish the annual training plan & budget each year. 7. Search and select the suitable training providers and consultants to conduct training sessions. 8. Plan and implement all the training programs and activities, associate with staff training needs 9. Follow up evaluation of training courses and trainees. 10. Ability to issue the training reports such as monthly training report, the planned training programs report, Assessment reports for both of (trainees ,training providers) and the annual training reports.
Qualifications 4:6 years solid experience in Recruitment & Training in an industrial field • HR diploma/certificate • Perfect computer skills
