Description —Review invoices and check it with AP system. —Review Debit & Credit notes from system with the actual. —Making the recap for supplier invoices and deducts the debit notes from the suppliers. —Writing the checks and send them to reviewed. —Making sure that all the checks are signed with the authorize signatures. —Delivering the checks to the supplier. —Implementation the filing per suppliers. —Implementation the services with the suppliers (such as: answer telephones, send faxes, copy documents). —Following up the supplier accounts. —Progress report to appear the reason of delay for issuing the checks. —Supplier analyses report.
Qualifications University Graduation. Bachelor degree.Excellent in computer skills (Office applications).

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Very good in computer skills (Office applications).
