Description - Answer telephone, screen and direct calls. - Take and relay messages. - Provide information to callers. - Greet persons entering organization. - Direct persons to correct destination. - Deal with queries from the public and customers. - Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization. - General administrative and clerical support. - Prepare letters and documents. - Receive and sort mail and deliveries. - Schedule appointments and organize meetings. - Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. - Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Qualifications - Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Energetic & organized, self starter w/strong communication skills and a professional appearance. - Must be a team player and have a sense of urgency. - Committed to helping the facilities team. - Able to go the extra mile to provide good customer service.
