Description     Production Engineer (B.Sc. Agriculture) -Preparing all of packaging and raw materials for all products and Items to be produced next day. -Organization of all workers to start working and preparing of machines. -Supervising the production of items in order to be proportionate with the nature of machines with no conflict in the baking process in furnaces. - Distribution of workers and use them effectively and also consuming of workers and supervisors working hours effectively to obtain higher productivity. - Prepare reports include: All daily production quantities and determine the. Quantities delivered to warehouses. Quantities remain at production halls. Number of confectionery and the amount of raw materials used. Weekly and monthly inventory of raw materials. - Carrying out mixing process and make sure implementation Alersby approved by the administration and make sure forming processes on the machines and carrying out the required specifications of the product. - Packaging of the products in a timely manner after being in required cooling degree and ensure of production and expiry dates. -Delivery of products to warehouses and reviewing of delivered quantities.
Qualifications    •Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. Agriculture)preferred. •Requires 0-2 year’s technical experience. •Communications skills and team work skills. • Strong leadership qualities, capable of taking charge.
