Description Reception and continue to meet all the needs and desires of the companys customers as well as work to resolve all customer complaints, and work to increase the level of customer satisfaction for the company and its products, and work to increase customer loyalty to the company and its products Prepare the necessary reports on customer satisfaction rates for the companys products as well as the rates of customer complaints and the most important observations on the companys products Provide the necessary assistance to the companys customers and treat them gently and courteously through phone calls, e-mail or personal interviews Follow the relevant competent departments resolving customer complaints until the completion of resolving customer complaints Responsible for increasing the number of the companys customers and by working to gain the customer satisfaction to the maximum extent possible Receiving a complaint with the client to give him promised to solve the problem as soon as possible after taking all of the customer data and the device and the reason for the complaint
Qualifications Knowledge of computer applications Effective communication skills, negotiation and problem-solving
