Business Development & Sales Manager: for Immediate Hiring in 6th of October

We are Modern Services Establishment and gladly announcing Business Development & Sales Manager for a newly established line of business within our structure.
This vacancy is about managing, developing and enhancing both: 1, the product you are selling along with 2, relations and communications with high end brands that would advertise in a newly published printed material.
Your responsibility is to keep top brands' advertisers in your paying list.
Stationed at our HQ in 6th of October city; You will be required to prepare and manage prospects list, arrange priorities for business meetings indoors or outdoors at clients' premises, conduct sales presentations for corporate clients, close deals and finalize agreements regarding advertising and sponsorship of the printed product ... not only but also keep those advertisers paying on a monthly basis for the monthly editions.
In the selection process you will have to attend the following tests at our premises in 6th of October city:
1- English language writing test
2- Calculations test
3- Psycological evaluation
4- Time management and reporting test
5- Product Development & Planning test
6- Sales Management test
Also you will be required to provide proof of experience.
All applicants should be:

1- BA or BSc of Relevant specialty from a well-known university (no institutes pls).
2- From 8 to 15 years' relevant Corporate Sales, Business Development or Product Management Experience.
3- Fluent in English language
4- Great Teacher, Reliable, Organized
5- Capable of converting ideas through presentations into a real contineous cash flow.
6- Clear understanding of the Sales Process with Professional attitude and achieving capability.
7- Excellent time management, reporting, presentation and convincing skills.
8- High skills in MS-Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
