1.            Able to use reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre) and aware of rules ticketing and reservation (Tickets issue, Reissue, Refund ….etc.)
2.            Known travel destinations and its code
3.            Good knowledge for Online Hotel Reservation.
4.            English language proficiency in reading and writing.
5.            Computer skills (Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
6.            Typing.
7.            Clear voice.
8.            Good communicator.
9.            Able to handle customer (Customer services).
10.          Able to keep cool when others are angry (Capable of patience and nerves control).
11.          Able to resolve issues quickly to go on to the next call.
12.          Good presentation skills, sales skills presentable.
