Job Description:
● Executing recruitment campaigns for volunteers
● Managing and mobilizing Learning Academy's community of volunteers through direct meetings, events, workshops, trainings and social media
● Executing branding campaigns for learning Academy volunteers
Job Requirements:
● Advanced communications skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
● Very Good command of computers, operating systems is a must
● Comfort using internet applications, and various desktop software
● Good command of English and Arabic language
● Ability to lead, motivate and mobilize people
● Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate and report information in written format, in both Arabic and English languages
● Team Player
● Comfort using social media tools; namely Youtube, Facebook and Twitter
● 0-2 years of professional experience in any field
● Quick learner, and can pick-up new tools quickly
