Description 1.Preparing monthly labor cost reports, , LABOR COST Analysis CHART , monthly Actual labor cost , Accumulated Walking Chart , monthly Labor Cost Presentation) 2. Preparing Labor Cost & Overtime analysis for MC monthly (Overtime Accumulated, OVERTIME Analysis CHART) 3. Headcount Analysis CHART 4. Mobile Consumption Analysis 5. Responsible for Budgets & FCST reporting 6. Contribute in submitting C&B Surveys. 7. Simulating Company positioning in the market based on received survey 8. Responsible for annual increase/adjustment of salary Calculations/simulation 9. Analyzing the Automotive market concerning benefits (surveys) 10. Share in Updating Company Compensation scheme
Qualifications Qualifications BSC of commerce accounting background is preferable HR certificate/ diploma is an asset/HAY Background (would be an asset). Minimum 4 – 7 years in HR 3 of them in Comp & Ben position. Very good analytical skills (especially numerical). Presentation skills. Very good English. Excellent in Excel & Power Point
