Description Monitor the performance of the customer care and the sales indoor employees to ensure their professional behavior and their reaction to resolve the employees problems. Ensure resolving the daily customers problems specially the escalated problems to maintain companys image. Follow up the complaints submitted by the customer to the governmental authorities and or police authorities till reach to compromised solution. Ensure professional products layout to ensure ease access to it to be able to achieve the monthly targets. Update the products prices according to the received list to send it to the customer care and sales indoor employees to keep them updated. Coordinate with different departments to follow up the administrative affairs for the branch to ensure branch image Develop and submit a daily report regarding the received money due to maintenance or sales and register it on the Oracle. Collect branch revenue weekly and deposit it in the bank to be reviewed monthly with the finance employee. Receive the permanent custody to reconcile different bills and salaries. Develop and submit regular report regarding the fast moving devises to ensure availability when needed. Develop and submit a detailed report regarding the slow moving devises to be submitted to the customer care and retail manager. Develop all needed reports as requested.
Qualifications University degree in any discipline. Experience In the same field from 4- 6 years.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Advanced communication, problem solving, negotiation Skills Ability to work under pressure. Data analysis skills
