Description Provide advice and information to Management through clear understanding and interpretation of HR Policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that the Salaries of the Employees fall within the correct MRZs (Market Reference Zones) for each job. o Employment and termination processes i.e. New employees job offers, termination letters. Ensure that all hiring procedures are properly maintained. o Co-ordinate training needs assessment and delivery of training, as well as new employee orientation programs, with HR & Training professionals. o Monitor, track and provide reports to meet all governmental legislative requirements and meet with government Ministries and agencies as required. o Maintain excellent communication levels with all employees i.e. Ability to respond to their requests according to company standards. o Administer the companys Incentive Plans & Compensation/ Benefits Packages o Work with the finance dept. to ensure that the Payroll is handled in a timely and accurate manner. o Develop polices, regulations and Benefits etc o Formulated job descriptions for all Levels in the organization. o Own and administer HR budget consistent with functional and business needs o Manage the HR team and ensure that it operates at an optimal level and that team members are developed consistent with the Stream talent strategy
Qualifications min 8 years in the HR field, HR diploma or certificate is a must, MBA is an add value.
