Description:

• Develop strategies to attract and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Participate in designing, building and implementing recruitment policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs. Prepare Annual Manpower Plan with Department Heads.
• Ensure the vacant positions compliance and consistency with Organization Charts and Job Descriptions.
• Collect and review candidate CVs and assess their suitability for positions as per the Annual manpower plan.
• Assisting in establishing the recruitment database.
• Conduct interviews. Maintain up-to-date staffing reports and all related to staffing communications.
• Experience in participating in job fairs and handling the C.V's collected in order to support the candidate's database.
• Develop good networking with various recruitment channels.
Other Skills:
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent English Language Skills.
• Excellent Microsoft office user.
