Urgently Needed 2 Positions
1- First Position: FMCG Category Manager
Job Duties:
1. Responsible for All contracts with all suppliers in the category
2. Achieve Monthly Budgeted Margin of the section
3. Achieve monthly Budgeted Other Income
4. Achieve monthly Budgeted sales turnover;
5. Ensure Full Range of the section is available;
6. Ensure promotions are exclusive, competitive, and related totheme; that would attract consumers to the shop
7. Ensure that the merchandising of items in the store yields best turnover per square meter, (space to sales analysis versus rental income)
8. Ensure that stock levels of merchandise does not exceed company set levels
9. Perform Monthly clean up of the Naivision System from SKUs that are obsolete
10. Solve issues from his position with store and warehouse
11. Responsible for assisting in signing off of company stock take (from a commercial side, promotions B1G1, Variants…..)
12. Responsible for renting specific location within the shop as per company strategy
13. Follow up on stock availability, compensations, penalties…..with suppliers
14. Responsible for setting up KVI list every 3 months in the category
15. Responsible for market survey and developing action plan on a periodic set basis
Needed Profile:
1. 3-5 Years of experience in FMCG Purchasing and/or Category Management
2. Hyper/Supermarkets experience is highly recommended
3. Good Command of English Language
4. Very Good PC Skills
5. Hard Worker
6. Strong Negotiation Skills
2- Second Position: Junior Category Manager:
Needed Profile:
1. 0-2 Years of experience in FMCG Purchasing and/or Category Management
2. Retail experience is an added value but not a must
3. Very Good Command of English Language
4. Very Good PC Skills
5. Eager and willing to learn and develop
6. Good Communication Skills
7. Hard worker, willing to exert effort
