Description To be responsible for Planning, designing & implementation of all IREs media and publicity materials and PR & communication strategies related to IRE programs activities. To be responsible for producing Newsletter, Brochure, leaflet, Handbill, Booklet, Diary, Greeting Card. leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs. Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email. Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media. Collating and analyzing media coverage. To be responsible for making a short film/documentary on IRE activities in Egypt. To be responsible for making situation reports on any type of natural disaster/calamity. To be responsible for preparing case studies. Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports. To coordinate with different agencies to maximize aims and activities of IRE. Devising and coordinating photo opportunities. Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours. Maintaining and updating information on the organizations website. Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives. Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. Fund raising. Communication with donor & all Institutions to identify opportunities and promote IR Programs.
Qualifications Post graduation degree preferably in Mass Communication and Journalism or related field. • Five years experiences in a similar position with any International (NGO) or national Development organization
