Our client is a multi-engineering service Company, that mainly caters to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer and a Steel industry in Saudi Arabia for over a decade now looking for talented Employees to fulfill the Following positions:
1. Operations Manager:
-----------------------------------
- BE Mechanical & MBA Oil & Gas
- Min 6 Years of Experience in similar projects
- Capable to handle and manage multiple projects
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
• Planning for mobilization & Demobilization of manpower.
• Client satisfaction.
• Responsible for shutdown activities.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in various Projects, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
• Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
• Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
2. PROCUREMENT MANAGER:
--------------------------------------
- Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering
- Must have a minimum of 15 years' experience and experience in managing multiple projects/sites.
- Ideally the candidate will be western educated – necessarily degree qualified, and PMP certification is an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple projects – implementing standards
- Should have a background working in the oil and gas sector with experience in Pipeline projects & Plant Services.
3. Business Development Manager :
----------------------------------------------
- BE - Mechanical + MBA – Oil & Gas.
- Good Knowledge in Vision, Mission, Market potential, market strategy Marketing mix, Marketing information and decision making
- Computer Knowledge: Ms Excel, Ms Work and E- Mail.
- Preparing Business plan, strategy, Budgeting, costing and Manage existing client data base and identify, evaluate, develop and profile new Business opportunities and clients all over GCC and International market Develop strategic alliance with International companies to strengthen the company’s chances of pre-qualifying and succeeding in winning new Contracts.
- Develop and Maintain data of new tenders, opportunities and client within the GCC and ensure that the company is registered/ pre-qualified, analyze the data and forecast market trends.
- Develop and Build relationships with key personnel from existing and New clients. - - Achieved very good data base of All international companies and major oil, gas, fertilizer, petrochemical companies Etc.
- Preparing Business plan, Budget, cost analysis, Handling of projects.
4. Business Development & Marketing Officer:

- Assists and support BD / Marketing Manager, in meeting yearly business targets.
- Ensures continuous business for the Company.
- Acquires information on current and future projects.
- ANY BACHELORS DEGREE
- Min 6 Years of Experience in Oil & Gas Sector.
