Description Estimates values according to knowledge of local market price. - Prepares purchase orders or bid requests. - Selects products for purchase by testing, observing, or examining items. - Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time. - Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Negotiates for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned. - Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
Qualifications Bachelor’s in business administration or any relevant - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Good command of English language - High Analytical Skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Flexible team player with ability to work on own initiative & consistently meet demanding deadlines - Ability to handle multiple tasks and capable to work under high pressure with positive attitude - Proficiency in using MS Office application.
