Sales Specialist in Egypt
Oriented persons to be part of our dynamic team and assume the position of Sales Specialist in the field of Beauty/Healthcare Consumer Goods.
Qualifications
o The requirement for this position is to be in possession of a bachelor degree.
o Experience 0-1 years in direct sales
o Owning a car is advantage
Competencies/ Skills
o Service oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards changing clients' needs
o Determination to reach challenging goals and create business opportunities
o Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
o Actively develop commercial initiatives
o Open and clear communicator
o Understands clients' needs
o Set goals and deadlines and plans to deliver effectively
o Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them
Tasks
o Advertise and sell products and services of the company to current and perspective customers;
o Make action plans and schedules to discover certain goals and to make a list of necessary contacts;
o Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field activity;
o Meet sales objectives and forecasts
o Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs, etc. to management
o Deal with complaints from customers;
o Make preparations of presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
o Establish and maintain materials relating to sales and knowledge of current products;
o Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well;
o Make preparations of paperwork to put services of the contract into practice and maintain them;
o Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events;
o Follow-up for collection of payments
o Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
