Description Be a team player and contribute to achievement of goals/target based on MBOs/KPIs. Also to support and coach new staff to make easier their assimilation in the MB family Provide constructive and constant market feedback on improvement of products. Attend Monthly/weekly/daily sales meetings and commits to sales target as per KPIs committed. Contact customers on a daily basis, using direct approaches/telephone, to meet & set appointments. Conduct daily sales visit calls to achieve target set or communicated to him by TL Conduct outside daily calls Attend weekly follow up meetings with SBL Team Leader to report achievement of the weeks target To ensure adherence to credit parameters & products manuals to improve/maintain the quality of the business Ensure complete adherence to KYC & AML requirements
Qualifications •Communication Skills •Interpersonal Skills •Ability to work under pressure •They should have 2-3 years sales/banking experience.
