telesales indoor - Computer Stores

Interact Computer Stores is now seeking to hire “Telemarketing Agent”.

Responsibilities brief:

-Explain products, services & prices and answer clients inquires.
-Conduct outbound calls to promote sales and gather feedback.
-Make a record of clients data , inquires, complaints, comments & actions taken.
-Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
-Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain clear info about the market ,clients& competitors
-Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services, qualify assigned leads in terms of sector ,current needs, decision maker ,current service provider ,address, etc.
-Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with the prospective customers
-Answer all inbound calls in timely and professional manner as well as assist customers who have specific inquires or complaints.

Qualifications Required:

-Bachelor degree in any decipline.

Language Skills:

Fluent English language (Spoken and Written)

Computer Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Personal Skills:

-Attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Active listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying.
-Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
-Punctuality in time .
-A sound Knowledge of telephone etiquette and protocol.

Comments :

-Applicant must have 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
-Gender : Any
-Good Communication and Interpersonal skills are required.
