1. Debit and Credit Card Collector:
Job Description:
• Monitor numerous debt recovery reports and taking appropriate action.
• Ensure cash is allocated correctly and deal with tracing missing payments.
• Taking and making telephone calls with a wide range of customers which involves dealing with sensitive, contentious and complex issues on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain manual and computer record systems with performing monthly feedback reports and daily activity sheets to be sent to our clients.
• Operate customer tracing procedures with field visits.
2- Operation Coordinator:
Job Description:
• Track Daily feedback activities done by Staff.
• Corresponding emails between Egypt Branch and Head Office regarding all details within operation.
• Performing Feedback for customers of each client by Mid of monthly and by the end of the month.
•Meeting with staff for solving any problems related to customer's collection.
Company Location: Heliopolis, Salah Salem Street.
Basic Salary and Commission.
