Foreign & Local Purchasing Supervisor Jobs in Egypt Foreign & Local Purchasing Supervisor Jobs in Egypt Description 1. Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works . 2. Ensure complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system entered by purchasing team. 3.Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties. 4. Assist in managing and following up overseas orders. 5. Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts. 6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. 7. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. 8. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. 9. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned. 10. Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products. 11. Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises. 12. manage and monitor the purchasing team the purchasing team activities. 13. assign tasks to the recruitment team to meet department objectives
Qualifications negotiation skills- time management skills-advanced communication skills-team management- monitoring skills Experience: 4-6 years of experience in purchasing of which 2 at least in senior position
