Description Preparing daily local sales report (cosmetics) daily till 2.00 pm every day Preparing local sales (closing estimated)-soap at 1st of each month Preparing local sales (closing estimated)-cosmetics at 1st of each month Preparing monthly sales of Turkey (estimated) at 1st of each month Preparing local sales report (Closing final) Soap-monthly before 10th of month Preparing local sales report (Cumulative) Soap-monthly before 10th of month Preparing local sales report (Closing final) Cosmetics-monthly before 10th of month Preparing monthly sales report of Turkey (final) monthly before 10th of month Preparing report of the factory capacity daily till 3.00pm Preparing daily actual loading report every day till 3.00pm Preparing forecast and sales deviation report monthly at firs week of every month Preparing actual loading analysis file Preparing all meeting needs for internal weekly coordination meeting and he/she attend this meeting Preparing monthly sales report (soap) every 1st day of the month Preparing monthly sales report (cosmetics) every 1st day of the month Preparing monthly department presentation till 5th of every month Making any job that his / her manager gives Organizing his / her self according to department manager needs Making performance analysis for his / her team at end of years for department manager Covering stock control officer job responsibilities when he / she is on vacation
