Fresh Graduates Follow up Agent Jobs in Egypt Description —Handle mails from other teams with new updates so we can update our customers —Contact customers and define the problem clearly in order to solve it in short time —Inform our resellers with new offers, promotions and/or new announcements, to make sure that they are all aware of our campaigns. —Motivate our low category resellers to achieve better performance in sales and handling customers by attending meetings & making weekly calls with them. —Provide our resellers with any material that could facilitate our work flow. —Handle emails received on the retention team Elias whether to approve or reject a cancellation request or to solve any complain in order to reduce the number of cancellation requests —Handle any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager —Update tasks on tracer to be able to follow on this task and other members on team know what action I take on this case.
