Customer Service Rep. is required For “British Petroleum” Company.
Job Code: CS03
Work Location: Al Marghany St. Heliopolis – Cairo.
Job Type: Full Time.

Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls
-Answer customer inquiries and complaints
-Handle and log customer’s requests
-Log all complaints and inquires received

Qualifications:
- University degree in Commerce “Preferred, English Section”
- Very Good Computer skills in MS Office and MS Outlook.
-Very Good English spoken & written is A MUST.
-Preferred Age: Not More Than 27 year.
-Experience: 0-2 years.
-Excellent communication Skills

Working Hours:
-8 Hours/Day (8 AM – 4 PM)
-2 days off (Fri & Sat)

Benefits:
1) Net salary 1,200 EGP
