Visa / Work Permit Unit Supervisor Jobs in Egypt Description * Dealing with different Governmental Authorities and Embassies in regard with immigration issues * Communicate and Coordinate with Visa Centers in all Siemens Entities worldwide. * Responding to all local and abroad visa and work permit requests as well as acquiring the correct immigration documents. * Maintaining Visa and Work Permit processes and requirements. * Coordinating the monthly internal (local) and external (abroad) invoicing process * Supervising a Team who is executing the Visa and Work Permit
Visa / Work Permit Unit Supervisor Jobs in Egypt Qualifications * Minimum 4 years previous experience in the field of HR in regard to immigration activities; e.g. visa, residence documents and work permits. * Good knowledge of visa, work permit, taxes, labor and social insurance laws. * University Degree – Preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, International Legal or HR * Excellent Command of both spoken and written Arabic & English. German language is an asset. * Excellent command of MS. Office applications (Excel, Access, Word) * Very high Communication skills and customer orientation is a must. * Assertiveness and ability to bear stress
