Job description :
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle complaints.
Perform customer verifications.
Process forms, applications and requests.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated department.
Manage customers' accounts.
Keep records and details of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English.
Empathy and hard worker.
Time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
