Description     - Establish and maintain business relationship with suppliers and vendors to get the best prices and payment terms and conditions. - Review and evaluate suppliers according to prices, availability of products, distribution channels, payment terms and previous work history. - Negotiate purchasing deals to achieve best prices and payment terms and conditions with minimum effect on cash flow. - Coordinate and cooperate with the Accounting and Administration team in issuing purchase orders and invoices and follow up payments due. - Follow up the shipment of purchased products and parts from suppliers and vendors till delivery to customers so as to avoid any delay in projects delivery. - Monitor quality check out of purchased products/ parts and identification of any damages to determine corrective actions prior delivery to customers. - Supervise development and updating of suppliers, vendors and distribution channels database. - Transfer knowledge to subordinates and monitor performance development.
