Relevant tests and specifications e.g. ASTM,AASHTO etc. Shall have thorough knowledge of the problems related to performance of pavements and various structures like bridges, box culverts.
Qualifications B.sc Civil engineering in the relevant field with a minimum of 20 years practical experience OR M.sc. civil engineer with 15 years practical experience.
