Description Making consistent growth of the SSC training business and achieve the sales growth budget required. Achieving agreed strategic business targets and objectives. Acting as a focal point for sales based activities in the training business by liaising with existing clients and create new prospects to grow training business Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale by gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via phone calls and emails. Ensuring relevant research activities are carried out to identify new business opportunities Working with other staff members to ensure that all opportunities are maximised Creating detailed proposal documents and negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions Engaging with marketing initiatives if support is required to develop and implement local or national campaigns Ensuring client satisfaction in any training events organized and working to eliminate any source of dissatisfaction encountered by collaborating with training operational staff Providing feedback of personal activities in the prescribed format in a monthly report to the training manager before the third of each month and submit at least one business highlight every two weeks. Use the sales management system to record all sales activities to ensure the information is centrally documented and accessible. At all times, adherence to the Companys policies and procedures is indispensable. Ensuring full compliance with the Companys Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct.
Qualifications • Demonstrated high interpersonal communication and presentation skills • Proven data analysis, problem-solving and decision making skills • Self-initiative and action oriented • Customer oriented • Demonstrated team participation skills • Ability to use English language efficiently in writing, speaking and listening • Proficient computer user i.e. MS Office.
